8. NÄITUS/EXHIBITION - RAKVERE
Rakvere linnas oli koha valik oma ette lugu. Traditsioonilised näituse kohad välja jättes jõudsime kreatiivsele lahendusele, mõeldes nö. kastist välja ning kasutades ära asjaolu, et Rakvere Avatud Noortekeskus RANK asub eriliselt "apetiitses" kohas - otse linna südames kesväljakul, võimaldades taas ära kasutada massiivseid aknaid, et temaatika linnaruumi tuua. Seejuures südamest tänud Rakvere linnale ja noortekeskusele selle avatuse ning võimaluse eest, tekitades noortekeskusest kunstisaal. Rõõm noortest, kes igati abiks olid ning aitasid nii installatsiooni, kui ka avamise ettevalmistusega. Noortekeskuse boksid said täiendust fotoseeriate näol ning fotolood said akendel linnarahvale nähtavaks.

Rõõmustas tagaside, et huvilisi oli stabiilselt nii akende taga, kui ka neid, kes keskusesse sisse astusid ning näitust uudistasid. Siiras heameel, et saime näituse just noortekeskses kohas teha ning toetada sellega ka mõningast integreeritust erinevate vanusgruppide vahel.
The choice of place in the city of Rakvere was a story in itself. Leaving out the traditional exhibition places, we came up with a creative solution, thinking of so-called out of the box and taking advantage of the fact that Rakvere Avatud Noortekeskus RANK (youth center) is located in a particularly "appetizing" place - right in the heart of the city, making it possible to use the massive windows again to bring the theme into the urban space. At the same time, heartfelt thanks to the city of Rakvere and the youth center for this openness and the opportunity to turn the youth center into an art hall. The joy of the young people who were very helpful and helped with both the installation and the preparation for the opening. The booths of the youth center were supplemented in the form of photo series, and photo stories became visible to the townspeople on the windows. I was pleased to see that there were a steady number of interested people both behind the windows and those who entered the center and explored the exhibition. We are sincerely glad that we were able to hold the exhibition in a youth-oriented place and thereby also support some integration between different age groups.
